No Bake, Relatively Healthy Cookies

Grab:

  • 1/4 cup Sutona's Canna Oil
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup & 1 tbs peanut butter (separated)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 9 cupcake liners

Let's get crackin'

  1. Place cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt Sutona's Canna Oil. Stir in 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Once fully combined, remove from heat and stir in rolled oats. Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners and refrigerate.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and coconut oil.
  5. Spoon the warm peanut butter mixture over the chilled chocolate oat mixture. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until set.
