
No Bake, Relatively Healthy Cookies
Grab:
- 1/4 cup Sutona's Canna Oil
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1/4 cup & 1 tbs peanut butter (separated)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 9 cupcake liners
Let's get crackin'
- Place cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt Sutona's Canna Oil. Stir in 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Once fully combined, remove from heat and stir in rolled oats. Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners and refrigerate.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and coconut oil.
- Spoon the warm peanut butter mixture over the chilled chocolate oat mixture. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until set.
